Eleven stages, one craft.
I started out writing simple applications. Over almost two decades of experience, mistakes and failures, I learned to design and build systems, lead people and coordinate complex projects, from the sale to the production release.

A collections system the team didn't want to use: we interviewed the collectors before changing it. Adoption tripled.
